I can help you explore your goals and desires, identify the obstacles or conflicted feelings that may stand in your way, and develop practical skills and strategies to help you better cope with these transitions and improve quality of life.
I also specialize in supporting clients that have a history of trauma. Trauma-informed therapy has all of the same basic elements of individual therapy, but places a special emphasis on feelings of safety, building trust and transparency between therapist and client, and emphasizing the power of choice.
